It\u2019s immunity, redesigned.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b34093d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b34093d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The clinical impact has been remarkable, especially in relapsed\/refractory hematologic malignancies. Yet, this level of immune activation comes with complexity. <\/span><b>Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>ICANS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are key toxicities requiring nuanced management. <\/span><b>T cell exhaustion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, antigen escape, and immunogenicity of CAR constructs remain active areas of innovation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf8936f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cf8936f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What\u2019s next? We\u2019re already seeing <\/span><b>allogeneic CAR-Ts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>dual-targeting strategies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>armored constructs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that resist immunosuppression and persist longer. Solid tumors are still the frontier, but momentum is building.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For clinicians, CAR-T therapy is more than a treatment\u2014it\u2019s a shift in paradigm. It demands a deep understanding of immune dynamics, toxicity management, and long-term patient monitoring.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019re no longer passive observers of immunity.
